I think the backside could be subfiled and reused in many of the Speed Champions F1 sets.

Wasn't it said that stickerbacks should only be rectangular or square?
or that the stickerback had to completely cover the face?

As Renè indicates, for the part there are two stickers of different lengths, a triangular one that covers the entire side face (6177973d) and a trapezoidal one that covers it only partially (6253618g).

The backsides are allowed to have any shape. Irregular shapes have a suffix. A single letter.
This can be: stickerback010x038a.dat
These all have the same shape, and can share a reusable backside.
