Technically fine, but needs a better description. "Bar" is something "minifig hand-sized".

Agree with Magnus, I'd name it "Constraction Lightsaber Blade 10L with Axle End", maybe add some keywords (Star Wars, Weapon...).
Some of the axle primitives are scaled in flat direction, they shouldn't.
