The sticker sheet page for 197885/4020 lists this, despite not appearing in 4020. On the other hand it is missing from 4025, where it actually belongs (missing sticker alias?).
Also I am a bit sceptical about which stickers are truely identical across sets in this case. Looking at photos/scans from complete sheets, there are at least 2 variants: With black gaps between the flames and without.
Also the sizes seem to either be different or wrong in this case. Photos show the sticker not going all up to the edge.
also why is the sticker base black?
Hope it can clarify something.

The shortcut may not be a flat sticker on the flat surface of the part unless that surface is not parallel with one of the 3 cardinal planes (X,Y,Z). Existing sticker shortcuts that do not conform to this rule can remain in the Official Library and not be made obsolete.
