Would the click joint be worth a prim? we do have one that is slightly larger, but this size we don't

Imho not yet (no reuse). If another part using this joint appears maybe...

The clickjoint is widely used, but every time it is basically subfiled, quite a number of parts that fit to 47455

Is it correct that 1994 and 47455 doesn't fit together?

I checked 47455, it's too tight. I think the simplest is to change 1994 click tooth to fit our 47455...

on a side note, part 47455 is due for an overhaul imho, lots of overlapping faces, and even edges that skip faces on an 48 cyli..., bleeding through faces...

It is not possibile to mold this:
1 16 0 0 30 1 0 0 0 0 1 0 1 0 connhol2.dat

This needs to go away: (broken down from the connhol2
1 16 0 0 40 1 0 0 0 0 1 0 -1 0 peghole.dat

and the gap is increaded by the removal of the peghol

rest needs correction in s01

also this
1 16 0 0 38 1 0 0 0 0 -1 0 -1 0 4-4ring8.dat
needs to be like
1 16 0 0 38 3 0 0 0 0 -3 0 -1 0 4-4ring2.dat
plus an edge
