Did you tried a condline instead of an edge line at the base of the beveled stud? The bottom looks a bit wrong to me...

should the bottom outside even use prims?
i think an 1-8 cyli/cylo at the top would be ok, the lower half of the curve with the stud cutout can be without prims...
having prims and not-prims lengthwise can still cause gaps at higher prim subst.

It should rather be the other way round, especially for parts that have stickers on the curve, like 6081, prim-substitution destroys the sticker

this part is very unlikely to get a print/sticker on the curve, and reworking all the other parts to match this one will be too much work...
Only the flat front side has prints.

Is there supposed to be a surface inside the stud? There are edge lines, but the surface isn't there.
