you forgot the condlines in the face (use LDPE -> tools -> Edger2 to generate them)
and maybe use unrotated 2-4cyli or 2x 5-16 instead of a rotated 5-8 (that creates small vertex mismatches)

Welcome aboard! That's a good start.

I found the following issues:
Missing condlines for the front. (As written in the review above)
For the condlines I would simply inline s\3626bs05.dat and remove the not needed conds cause edger2 will create conds every line between two angled quads.
There is no need to do the top torus not as a primitive. Please change this.
Using two 5-16cyli prims and 2 additional t08o6250.dat for the bottom will bring a much smoother result with prim substitution.

Thanks for the feedback.
I've added the missing conditional lines, replaced the turned cylinder and added primitives for the undecorated areas where possible. I hope it's okay that way.

are you sure that this print is just a bit unsymmetrical?
I think this kind of face is derived from the original standard grin, maybe check which half fits that one better and use it twice by submodeling...

I have now splitted the face into two subparts, with the lower section being mirrored.

As far as the eyebrows go, I am absolutely certain that it is not symmetrical. The angle is slightly different (to give him that specific expression) and the left side has one 'spike' fewer. I have checked 6 physical parts and various online pictures and the difference is far too consistent to be a printing error.

The coplanar should now be fixed as well as the edge lines. I have run both Unificator and Edger2. LDPE did not show any errors or warnings. Rounding and Unificator on sub-parts done as well (no warnings/errors there either).

There is no need to sub the eyebrows if they aren't used in any other file. Inlining them into the main file is fine.

one more idea: try to avoid the t-junk at the outer side where the pattern meets the unpatterned part by using one long quad from the side to the moustache (in the subpart).
and dont for get the other half of the condline from the face outwards.
