you forgot the condlines in the face (use LDPE -> tools -> Edger2 to generate them)
and maybe use unrotated 2-4cyli or 2x 5-16 instead of a rotated 5-8 (that creates small vertex mismatches)

With a different design of the pattern subfile these vertices could be removed:

Fixed Issues:
-reworked the subfiles to remove unnecessary vertices
-cond lines now in the mirrored sub-file
-changed eye position to better fit other heads (I didn't realize how important this is for helmets btw)
-eyes now as primitives

Other:
-slight rework of the hair to make problematic areas more smooth
-mouth and beard had to move 0.5 LDU upwards, to fit the relocated eyes, so slight adjustments there as well
