are mouth and hair dual molded? if yes, is the inside the connection?

I have not found any signs that they are dual moulded

nose and eyes could be printed, but mouth and hair seem to be too complicated for that...
(does anyone have the part and can check the neck connection?)

It's a tripple mould, might even be four. Looks like only the pupills are printed.

How many meshes did the app deliver? Those are usually the number of different molds

The app had 5 meshes, but this was from the catalog app which is kinda odd (and very high res). The two red were also separated. But how does this matter for the part? Do I need to make big changes?

I don't think it matters much. What's important is to have a correct colouring of the end result.
The inside, hidden structure will always be a pure guess.

The issue I see, and want to have corrected, is the placement of the condlines, in the subfiles.
I use the alternative config file with colouring of the edge/cond lines.

Condlines on the nose should be in the nose subfile, and so on.
As it is made now, a user gets pink condlines on the white eyes, and the yellow nose and the red mouth.

No, no big changes

The API provide four meshes

- main mesh (skin)
- Colour 1: Mouth and Hair, -> that should move to one subfile to be coloured in the same go.
- Colour 2: Nose
- Colour 3: Eyes

Print: just the black pupils.

Basically each mesh/mould should have its own subfile

...and I got the head also in my hands

there are some moulding artefacts in the studhole, but those are not present in the mesh from the API

Yes, the oval shape inside the head is yellow, in mine, and should be in the nose file.

I also got an image of the underside and it is multimold for sure. Question is. How should I best combine hair and mouth when mouth is symmetrical and hair not?

Is the little offset ring around the hair really supposed to be there? On photos it seems like a clean transition.
