I initially named this part 2241 as it is the part number in building instructions app. But it seems it was wrong, since 2241 is actually used for the Friends legs with skirt + hips assembly: https://brickset.com/parts/design-2241

I checked in the BI again, there, this part is known as 1015152 in all the assemblies: 2268, 2241, 36187, 36198 10117

Indeed, it seems the BIs part number has been changed, "2241" no longer appears, replaced with 1015152.
Since Joshua hasn't replied to my question about 7 digit numbers, I'm going to go ahead and certify.
