Wrong description or orientation.
This is: Tile 2 x 1 Cut ... or you have to rotate the whole part of 90 degrees.

What's better, change description an keep the same orientation as the similar cut slope curved

or rotate it to keep with the tile orientation?

Probably use the tile orientation...

I think this should be rotated 180 degrees, to be pointing in the same direction as the mirrored version.
