No! This is not a shortcut but a single part, made with double injection. The tire can't be removed, hence the "integral" qualificative.

for wheel+tyre assemblies we usually do not specify the tyre color in the title (which by default is black).
the tyre color is only mentioned when there are different assemblies with differing colors.
thus, I suggest to remove "black" from the title here.

Yes, it carries 1 LEGO number and therefore is kind of a "part", I get it.
But I better would like "shortcut" in such cases.
Rendering software COULD use the "type" to determine whether to add seams here (micro-scale the wheel and the tyre to create a visible tiny gap),
but the better method to do that would be to check that the 2 files (wheel and part) themselves are PARTS and therefore a gap can be generated.
The rendering software should not rely on the type of THIS file.
Nevertheless, I would like "shortcut" better, because it expresses what this file IS.
