6 wheel files correcting the orientation of official files by 90 degrees as described here:
https://forums.ldraw.org/thread-28179-post-53569.html#pid53569

with these six corrected, all 320+ wheel / tyre files are now oriented properly

Why is there an offset of 0.0748 LDU in Z ?!?
I could live with that...

This part shall fit on a 2780 pin, right now it does not
