Early upload, mostly to better identify problems with the unprinted base part.

There seems to be an issue with the condlines on the pattern area that is not present on the base part. Very noticable in the mouth area on high resolution renders. What am I missing here?

You are missing nothing :( For viewers that rely on condlines to perform smooth shading such as LDView, the geometry is broken by the pattern, so smooth shading doesn't occur. But even with viewers that don't rely on condlines for shading (LDCad for example) the pattern on the large flat surfaces still result in some "crumbled paper" effect. To avoid that, you can use TEXMAP, but it comes with other problems (lack of crispness, incompatibility with some editors such as MLCad).

The base part needed a rework. Once the base part is fully approved, I will rework this printed version (including the pattern itself). The printed area also has a few triangles oriented incorrectly.

If you really need that part however, this should be a quick fix for 12607p01:

-reworked using the updated base part 12607.dat
-alignment errors fixed
-cond lines moved to unpatterned sub-files
-reduced pattern detail to around 30-40%
