Is this enough of a change that we need to obsolete?
Also need to be rewritten for license reasons.

@orion, like the ring prims? s01 is basically re-written, this one as well, as the surfaces are completely new

I would not obsolete it, the basic shape (bounding box) is very much the same, the difference is, that the -skirt- was not existant before, this is 12 LDU high, before the semicircle starts, 10312 is the same shape, which I made from scratch.

If you rewrote from scratch, take ownership and change the history line to state the original author. If you rewrote from BI or LDD data, same as the first but add the standard history line about source.
