needs a rim (like the other curved tiles)
for example: 27925p01.dat (same 5-color rainbow, but pastel)

This is really an interesting print,, it really reaches to the edge contrary to others that have a small gap

I agree, this is how it is printed. To the edge.
I tried to simply recoulur the p01 at first, but it didn't look anything like the real part.

ok 27925p01.dat has a quite wide rim (~1ldu), would a smaller one be better? the other parts have 0.4-0.5...
would that be better?
