isnt this a fully printed sticker of a transparent sheet on a transparent part? then everything should have BFC NOCLIP (except for the base)
does it work if a partial noclip subpart gets noclip here again?

Yes, this is a full-face sticker and NOCLIP is not needed technically.
The solution will be one of following or any other idea:
[A] Keep it as is
[B] Make new subfile for this part, without NOCLIP
[C] Split the subfile into logo/stripes and background

I agree with Rene. No need for a new subfile, just wrap all the white geometry in a NOCLIP statement.

Thanks Rene and Orion, I have made misunderstanding.
The parent part is a helicopter canopy 2483, and the pattern will be seen from inside the vehicle.
