due to the rounding some vertices don't match the prims

Run unificater with "0.01" tolerance and "snap to subpart vertices" this will eliminate all of them
Check with edger
-> currently creates 54 lines should go down to 2 afterwards

why even rotated prims? maybe use unrotated 1-8tndis?
the medium blue minus signs could save some vertexes by using 2-4chrd.
is the yellow plus asymmetric? the right arm seems to be shorter...

*Outline of uncoloured button looks too thin
*Thickness of the black lines should be more even - ideally all lines on this should have the same thickness (0.7 or 0.8 LDU, whichever looks more "right")
*Is it possible to use 1-12 prims for the round edges of the triangle?

Using 3-8 prims on the triangle corners is not good. Might work better with 5-16.
The 3-8 will create a curve in hi-res mode that doesnt match the triangle side

also there and at the triangle, scaling partial prims with decimals means the connecting faces connecting it could need 5 decimals, they have microgaps now, but you have to scroll very far in)
