the logo including rim is BFC noclip, either the only the logo without rim or nothing should be BFC noclip

I don't quite understand what you mean. Orion asked me to divide the colored part of the badge and the neutral part of the box. Maybe that's enough to solve your problem as well. When it's ready, try to look at it again and let me know.

Changing the prim as I mentioned in the comment on the prim will fix this issue.

IMHO, having just the badge within BFC Noclip just because it is printed on a trans material here, doesn't make much sense, since it will be backwards seen from behind.
I say it isn't needed here. Having prints like this to be within BFC Noclip as mandatory, is an unnecessary/bad rule.

Backward is how it would approximately look in real life though (I realize the way printing works that it would probably look like the bottom printed color, but this is a good approximation).
