I disagree.
If the measurements are okay (1.4 studs = 28 LDU) then this sticker does not fit there.
The STAMP goes over a surface of basically a 1x2x1 Brick (1/3 of the height of the 1x2 brick is covered by the roof hinge), which equals to 40 x 24. So a 38 x 28 sticker couldn't fit. Also please note, that the sticker is applied AFTER full assembly in the instructions, further making it hard to fit there.
The 2x2 tile with a surface of 40 x 40 would fit the large sticker without problems.

The lone larger sticker, 1.4 x 1.9, seems to be a sTAMP across a 1x2 Brick and the top plate.
