I know it's probably hard to prove, but the according sticker sheet has 5 black Train logos. If we assume only one side is stickered, this leaves 2 spares (1 for the 1x8 brick, 1 for each of the 2 signs).
I think it was intended for this part to be stickered on both sides (also probably looks better).

According to BL 168265 sticker sheet is for sets 4525 and 4544 but none of them seem to contain this roadsign...

Also the BL link is wrong. Should be x53pb01. RB doesn't list stickered parts anyways, but the correct sheet is 164555 on RB.
