Please, change the Bricklink reference to 982pb062. The used Bricklink reference is for the torso assembled.

Since the Bricklink arms have variable lower arm color while LDraw ones have variable upper arm color, there is no real match. Using torso+arm ref has the benefit of providing a link to the right color...

It is not possible to match a Ldraw arm pattern to a Bricklink pattern.

in my point of view, your answer is only correct for this design numbers 16000 / 16001. The reason in this case is how Philippe said. The design numbers 3818 / 3819 have only one colour which can change. The pattern is unique.
