would it help to move the side slots to the nearest cyli vertex?

Rene is right, it would be better to increase a tad the size of slots, allowing to use 1-12chrd/1-12edge and get rid of T-junctions there. Sorry for not noticing initially ;)
I took a closer look on the real part dimensions and merged them to the closest 48 primitives. The slot length is 14 LDU which comes closest to the 48\1-16 primitives. And I corrected the cutout on the top side to 8 LDU width while the slot on the bottom keeps at 4 LDU.
