Why Rock? I think this is Minifig Accessory and the description should be Weapon Mace or similar.

Yes, the CAD world is perfect, but sadly the real axlehole isn't. The real hole has a much softer radious.
I like this description, sorting it with the other Rock Crystals.

Holding for a bad origin. Should be at top stud bottom level.

I'm not sold on Rock. The only use of this part is as a mace.
