Judging from the images, 4215ad04.dat is indeed wrong. The actual sticker is much larger.

I think the outer dimensions of stickers are not so strict, unless the stickers run over the applied part surfaces, as there are some individual differences in cut lines.

*I measured the ones I have and they are 21x21 mm which should translate to 52.5 LDU or ~2.6x2.6 Studs
*There also seems something off with the proportions of the logo, but I am not sure what. The real one has the "oil drops" stretched a bit more in height...
