should this get a common subfile with everything but the print area?

I guess the ring primitive issue means I'll have to edit the other 2 hats as well?

As suggested by Rene it might be a good idea to place the halves, and the prims+stud in another subfile.

This means only editing 4485bs01.dat?
Or should there be a new mirrored subfile exclusively for this pattern only?
Also stud4o.dat stays where it is, since it can't be mirrored?

You either have to edit all files, the ring primitives, OR place the halves, and the prims+stud in another subfile, and use that file once.
It's often a good idea to have unprinted "things" in a single subfile, and then only add the printed surfaces.

*for the moment nothing of the pattern is mirrored, can be changed though
Since s/4485bp02s02.dat is not used anywhere anymore, I will request a deletion if this is now correct.
I could technically make a new comment in this file (4485bp02.dat) to copy the comments of the deleted sub-file (if needed) I guess?
