I think the intersection between the 48 cyli and the subfiles should be done with edgelines
not with the 1 16 0 0 -7.287 30.78 0 0 0 0 30.78 0 1 0 48\4-4edge.dat

I initially tried that, but I find that the 4-4edge look better. Lines seem jagged while the little misfit of edge line is barely visible. I'm OK to change though ;)

i think the whole family of "Wheel Rim 20 x 30" and its corresponding tyres should get reworked to use the same beads (made from hi-res prims like here)

I placed the edge line on the very top of intersection lines so that no part of it is hidden (I calculated the intersection line and took the max point of all segments)
"i think the whole family should get reworked" Why loose time on parts that worked well enough for years, when there are gazillion of useful missing ones ???

Changed intersection to avoid jagged lines. Cylinder kept intentionally longer to minimize gap visibility at very high prim subst level.
