These are files for 2335pb024 part (as presented in official 3825 and 3833 sets), splitted into its 2 subsets and 2 stickers accordingly to sets.
I'm releasing it under CC0 (Public Domain), but due to PT actually not implemented it yet, set license to CC BY 4.0, which should be switched to CC0 once PT would implemented it.

CC0 is high on my list but will require an extensive amount of work. My goal is by the end of the year.

"My goal is by the end of the year.",— if possible, implement also to keep "!KEYWORDS" letter case as it was submitted.
Actually, PT preserves first uppercase letter in words, but converts uppercase letters in the middle of the word to lowercase (i.e. "SpongeBob" converted into "Spongebob").
Otherwise, lets PT converts all letters to lowercase as all keywords are just tags.

Just a question: as original sticker was printed on white paper, should sticker background (linked part color) in this and in "2335pb024s2.dat" parts set to "White (15)" too?
(i.e. only in this shortcut, not in sticker "4294106a.dat" part itself, as in sticker part itself linked "box5-12.dat" should be in "Main Colour (14)" as it actually set)

Flag 2 x 2 with Blue and Yellow Rectangle Sticker

Comment:
We never have "Pattern" in this type of shortcuts.
The last word in a sticker shortcut must be "Sticker", (or plural "Stickers").
We don't use Bricklink partnumbers.
All sticker shortcuts have a d suffix.
Spongebob have the theme code x.
0 is the first number in the list. (Then 1. And after 9 comes a).
This part must then be named 2335dx0

Why are you using Flag 11055? Is that the correct part used in this set?
If so, then this needs to be renumberd again to 11055dx0.

"We don't use Bricklink part numbers",— how then LeoCAD would create a correct inventory list for BrickLink XML export?

"Why are you using Flag 11055? Is that the correct part used in this set?",— I'm not sure, take a look on reference image: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=2335pb024&in=S
According to clips shape it is 2335.dat, but according to flag cutout part (in between clips), thinned to the cut side, it is 11055.dat.

"If so, then this needs to be renumberd again to 11055dx0.",— how to rename parts on Part Tracker?
I don't know how parts renaming works (actually I'm able only upload updates with the same file name).

-if BL has this part under another number, put that in the Keywords
-are we sure 2335 itself is correct? BL shows a third version 60779 with thin clips from 2335 but cutout like 11055

-renaming/renumbering is admin-only, ask them (mainly Orion and Magnus)

We have a collection of reference numbers as Keyword in files with pattern and stickers.
What LeoCAD can do, I don't know. Ask the developer of it. I don't use it.

When in doubt I look at the inventory at Brickset. There it is listed as 60779. We don't have that made.
From this image at Bricklink https://img.bricklink.com/ItemImage/EXTN/52108.png I think it's ok to use 2553.
These 2 shortcuts should be corrected, by you as the author of the files.

Renumbering is only done by the team of admins. Just ask for it, in a comment.

"do we need 60779",— as it exists in plastic and used in various sets it should be available in LDraw Parts Library too.

"I think it's ok to use 2553. These 2 shortcuts should be corrected, by you as the author of the files.",— I suppose to hold actual part until 60779.dat part would be submitted to PT, and only then actual part should be set as a shortcut for 60779.dat part.
