Only one, and it doesn't have any reinforcements that I can see. What does your resources say about 15515 or 98220? At least these 15515 that I have easily on hand have a small triangular reinforcement at the outside base of the smallest cylinder, but this is not modeled in the 15515 LDraw part.

Indeed, 15515 also has a single reinforcement that I missed when I modeled the part. Not utterly important anyway since it has no functional role and is not even sen in normal use. 98220 has a much more complex bottom structure, with 4 curved reinforcements, and 8 ribs below the dome.
