all outer rim faces are inverted
mirror silver (383)? what should be used here?
if you are using prims for the inside and outside of the round things, consider the "rings and cones" finder in LDPE, (finds something like that:

or change the inner ring size from 3.8 to 3.75 or 4, then its even easier with ring prims)

Corrected outer rims. Changed color from 383 to 80. Have used ring-and-cones for sticker sheet 6083353 before but decied against to use it here for no specific reason. Will use it in the future. But can also change it here if necessary.

reducing the outer dimension of the ring from 3.8 to 3.75 would allow to use a .75 ring4 (silver) and a 1.25 ring3 (black)

Or, ering and tang prims will work if you don't like to change the dimensions.
I'm not sure if this meets "hold" criteria.
