Created torus as suggested. 1304 is the correct size. Merged subparts as suggested. Rotated part as suggested.
I'm not sure, but the primitive may end up in the wrong place. I didn't include p\ in the name within the file.

...or actually
4 16 -8 135.941 -17 8 150.059 -17 17 158 -8 -17 128 -8 (and update intersection lines). Otherwise the diagonal surface is not planar and needs condline.
