The part is slightly wider than 6x6 due to the sliding fins, so the effective size is 1x7x6 instead of 1x6x7 as listed on Bricklink. Compare e.g. the oversized 1x3x2 triangle 42025. The last number is always the height.

Corrected rect as suggested. Added chrds to subfile.
Split front rects to reduce length of triangles as suggested.
Decided against creating a single-use subfile, which are typically inlined to reduce the number of files to be reviewed, because the part is not symmetric in the y-direction, thus drastically reducing the number of lines in the subfile.

i meant you could subfile one hole (inverted inner box, outer box, joiner quads, the inside/outside rect below) and use this subfile then 9 times (the top center one is different)
all rear and inside box prims are the same size...
