yes either release the outer subparts or split them (edit the official subparts s03+04)
but idk if you need to link the quarters in the halves or directly link the quarters in all other prints...

hm looks like you also deleted the condlines at the cut lines...
but these should be added in the subpart.
are there differences between the left and right subparts?

if the subparts are ctually the same, maybe you can link one as the mirror of the other.
for the condlines across the cut: would using the same trick as cylis be ok?
means drawing a condline across and then putting it tangential (same y-value as the cut)
should the four corner vertex at the center get moved a bit to the back? the cut would be straighter then.

missing conds were added in subparts. I thought about mirroring but the two sides are not symmetrical
