*round side is missing cond lines
*you should use a 2-4cyli prim for the round side surface
*there is an overlap:

Sorry I didn't see it last time, but there is an obsolete ring primitive. Please change this line
1 28 0 -0.25 0 0.45 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0.45 2-4rin16.dat
to
1 28 0 -0.25 0 0.45 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0.45 2-4ring16.dat

Everything else is fine.

if you replace the bottom 2-4 disc with a 2-4 chrd you may get rid of that triangle

*Found a gap in the pattern. The 1-4chrd at the top of the inner area is turned 45 degree. Turning circular prims at angles not multiples of 90 degree causes rounding errors, thus the gap.

The idea to use lesser prims is good, but in this case it's better to go simple:
1 28 0 -.25 0 0 0 6.2 0 1 0 6.2 0 0 1-8chrd.dat
1 28 0 -.25 0 0 0 -6.2 0 1 0 6.2 0 0 1-8chrd.dat
4 28 2.86 -.25 1.962 5.06 -.25 1.962 4.38402 -.25 4.38402 0 -.25 6.2
4 28 0 -.25 6.2 -4.38402 -.25 4.38402 -5.06 -.25 1.962 2.86 -.25 1.962

Also did you try if it's possible to scale (and position) the logo minimally different to get rid of the high accuracy decimals?

Please ignore the comment about the logo scaling, accuracy is fine (caused by the chrd prims).

Did you use Unificator on this version?

There are tiny gaps/overlaps.

This long stretched triangle is caused by the logo file (which uses a similar long quad). I guess it would be best to wait for the logo file to be fixed or certified, before continuing on this part.

I have updated the geometry of the logo primitives. This file should be adapted fit to the new geometry dimensions.

The tiny gaps were caused by different rounding between vertices and prims.
I solved that, created a stickerback subfile and corrected the dimensions from 0.9 to 0.8.
