BI mesh say something around 2.5 ldu...

I checked BI meshes for a bunch of bracket, corner radius is consistently around 2.5 ldu. I'm fine with the R2 radius used by several existing brackets. Of course no need to fix now existing official brackets with different radius!

thats why I changed 7674.dat back to R2 (digital model had R2.75), also had R4 first...
