Is a "plain" 16 colour arms version of this torso (for the black/black variant) really necessary? For most purposes it's identical to this one.
If someone wants an unofficial combination of Red/Red or Blue/Blue they can edit it themselves anyways. Thoughts?

This file is for the Bricklink entry with black arms, which in itself came in 3 different colours (black, red, blue).
If being completely strict, we would need a second torso, since the black one does have a different neckmark.
There are two more versions, with red and blue color switched each.
