i think this needs a rework some parts at least
outlines too bi the dimples are a blob instead of being a curved line, parts like the holes, shirt, and maybe part of the face could be swbparted for other patterns

Sub-filing the clothing area seems indeed a good idea. Not sure if anything else can really be re-used. There's the bandage version which seems to be identical (except the bandages), but since that's only half I'm not sure t's worth it.

Eyelashes could probably be a bit longer and the outline of the eyes looks thinner than them.

I don't think you can re-use anything for the spacesuit version. Same for prints No 9 (Superhero) and No 10 (Hawaii?).

Patterns Regular, "SCARED", "WORRIED", No 5 (Bandage), No 6, No 7, No 8, No 11 (Pirate) seem to share a few of those light orange spots, you probably need to experiment a bit to see if it's worth sub-filing (I tend towards no).
