Sub-filing the clothing area seems indeed a good idea. Not sure if anything else can really be re-used. There's the bandage version which seems to be identical (except the bandages), but since that's only half I'm not sure t's worth it.

Eyelashes could probably be a bit longer and the outline of the eyes looks thinner than them.

I don't think you can re-use anything for the spacesuit version. Same for prints No 9 (Superhero) and No 10 (Hawaii?).

Ah, my apologies regarding history. I went back and it's finally clicked for me. I'll stop adding the per-line edits.
The pants in p02 are the same yes! they're modeled inline on the official part, but can definitely be swapped for the subpart in a future remodel or edit.
