The sticker isn't really flat (in lack of a better word) on the surface in the curved area.

I am not sure if this is a requirement.

How did you create the sticker's offset?

For clarification, if you zoom in on a sideview of the top in LDPE, you can see that the edge is angled rather than rectilinear to the top and bottom, creating a little offset between the backside and frontside vertices.
