Is it okay to have the stickers as colour 15 White?
I could not find many examples of an opaque sticker on transparent base part. Whilst there is a part in the database that uses the exact same combination (holo foil sticker on trans-blue) I think that one is not correct (https://library.ldraw.org/parts/2218).
The old one uses colour 0 Black for the sticker, but the real part has the sticker's backside as white, which is clearly visible through the transparent base part.
Also changed the part name to better match the sticker name.
