We need to consider the descriptions here.
The rim size in the tyre description should match the number in the rim description.
I find the measurement here to be 7mm wide and the diameter to be 18mm, on a real rim/part.

i guess one of the "errors" here is that the rim is D16.8mm (R21LDU)
but the name got carried over from the older parts...
these are also all the same diameter, but i didnt wanted to open that big box of pandora by editing all these parts.
-> the rim should be named 8x17
