Why have BL separated out the old Spider man set? The only one with nougat hands. The rest have yellow hand. Thus the print is yellow.

Bricklink only lists this torso with a Light Nougat neck.
If both torsos assemblies are identical, this was introduced for J. Jonah Jameson in the 2004 Spider-Man line, which already had fleshies.
It took a while before this torso came into non-licensed sets in 2006, changing the hands from Light Nougat to Yellow. It appears that either due to oversight or cost-cutting, the neck colour print was not changed to match the hands, as can be easily seen in the BL images (if they are correct...). Some official images from Lego also show a colour mis-match (Set 8402). In renders however, the neck is yellow (the Spider-Man one is too old to have a decent render).
So does this torso exist with both yellow and Light Nougat print? Or is there only one version and this part is wrong?
