Created a subpart, which I considered a primitive, even if it is currently used only in 6247 and 30397.
This allows you to eliminate all T-juntions and the code of the single part is greatly reduced.
For the primitive I considered a little more than the tangency to the main cylinder which allows to simplify the insertion of the same in the main part (face connections and lengths), slightly increases the number of faces in the primitive.
Intersections are calculated with a 48-sided cylinder. There are also some extra faces that give a more rounded overall shape, but they could be eliminated leaving a 16-sided geometry in that area.

If you reverse the use of the box and rect prims, you don't need to use bfc invertnext.
