How is u9194.dat different from 36.dat, making it a unique part?
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=36h#T=C
there are different variants of the big tyre...
like the small tyre, the big tyre has:
-solid grey rubber (u9193), flat tread
-solid black rubber (u9194), sloped with center seam
-air tire (36.dat) -> also a bit smaller than the solids

The tyre with a rounded tread are made in two versions, solid and hollow. These have no external difference making it unnecessary to include both in our library.
Your new part u9194 is bigger than the old file 36.dat. This makes it necessary to obsolete the old 36.dat.
But I don't know if they are different, or the same part. Is 36.dat incorrect?
OR, u9194.dat is a unnecessary duplication of 36.dat
but it also could be that the air tires are just old, and the rubber isnt flexible enough anymore...
the air tire matches the old one quite well in dimensions, its just half a mm.
grey and solid black are 43.2mm, the air tires are 42-42.5mm (varies)
the same is at the samll tyres, with an additional foam version there
