The actual part is slightly taller than 5 regular duplo bricks, so one could argue that it should be 3.5 wide and 5.2 tall. Or 6 tall to match the frames...

Since they are used in both left and right position, one rotated upside down, a centre origin is better.

Have the origin at the top. All other Duplo doors in the middle. At the same time, this and the two doors linked above, have the hinge on the left side, while all other Duplo doors have it on the right side. This has to be sorted out and Movedto if necessary.
