This is a reusable stickerback for part 64782.
Even, if it is not a formed sticker, should we use the same naming convention as for formed stickers?

I agree, maybe...
This is "formed" to only fit that part, 64782, and I think it should have the bXX-suffix even if it is flat.
OTOH
stickerback048x108 is the name to use if we should follow the spec.

But this shape is irregular and not Quadrilateral.

And I think, irregular shaped formed stickers should not only have a formed stickerback, but also a flat one, that should follow the same naming conventions as the formed ones, if they are designed to be attached to a specific part.
