There are 40 of these heads if I counted correctly (not including modified ones like Yoda or Grievous). As Jeff pointed out correctly, their most distinguishing feature are there large eyes (including eye color, not typically seen on minifigs) which are also rather stretched and slightly more angular than round (vaguely mimicking the show's style). Most also have rather prominent detail lines for cheeks, wrinkles etc. but not all.
My idea would be using "Clone Wars/CW Style Eyes" instead of "SW Large Eyes" directly in the name?
There are a few more "unique" styles for minifig heads in the 2000s (NBA, Exo-Force, Speed Racer, Avatar) which may benefit from a similar treatment.
