This part is finally used in the Jan 1st 2026 city sets, such as 60487-1 Yellow Taxi. Rebrickable has it under a different part number but it looks like they got it wrong since BI hasn't changed and Bricklink has the current 7674 number too. I submitted a change request to get the Rebrickable number changed.
