does this need !Help for the connections?
arm bar+sphere is there, but hand could be deducted from here:

should this use prims for the outside?
or get subfiled? (half/quarter)

This part fits both Minifigs and Mini dolls.

Bar to Bar Connector Perpendicular.

Origin is fine for minifig use, but as a bar to bar connector, I'd prefer to see the origin placed at the intersection of socket and hand directions
