Why do we need s03 and s04?
I can understand the need in the process of making this subfile, but maybe they should be inlined now?

Good point Magnus. Let's wait on the review of the underside cavities on the cylinders. The current setup uses a single size for all three cylinder cavities. However, in real life, they are a bit different sizes. If no reviewer points out that it needs to be corrected, then I'm happy with inlining s03 and s04. I'm also a bit expecting reviewers to point out the inconsistency of having substitutable cylinders, but the intersection lines are fixed. If we/I end up converting all three cylinders into quads, then this problem becomes moot.
