There are 2 versions of this part:
1993-2017: 6.4mm Handle/28,8 mm Total Length
2016-Now: 4mm Handle/28,8 mm Total Length
(exact year not 100% confirmed, there might have been a longer transition period)

Old one will be obsoleted due to different outer geometry.

Original shape from Brick Instruction App, converted to LDraw by Philo.

History lines look currently a bit messy. Is it ok this way/suggestions?
