*stud orientation corrected
*changed "decoration" area to full top surface (unneeded vertices removed, improved triangulation)
*added 0.2 LDU gap between card holder prongs (hard to see, but it is there on the real part)
*sloping of card holder changed to better match real geometry (28 LDU -> 25 LDU at bottom
*single studs merged into group
*reworked prim usage to correct various issues (t-junc, overlaps, scaling...)

nice!
as you have fully reworked it now, you could take ownership to update the license to 4.0 only. (name the original author in the history)
please also update 45522.dat (sports) and the other unofficial ones because of the now fully missing top face.

you could for example use 2x tri3u1.dat and a box3u10p.dat for the inside cavities of the slopes.
you also could merge the vertices on the bottom below to the corners.
could even use some more box prims at the bottom.
